March 16-18: Living With Mental Diversity Workshops
The Utilitarian Church of Vancouver will be hosting a series of workshops on mental diversity, led by mental health activist Will Hall.

May 7-13: Canadian Mental Health Week
CMHA's Mental Health Week is an annual national event that takes place during the first week in May to encourage people from all walks of life to learn, talk, reflect and engage with others on all issues relating to mental health.

Our branch will be out in the community promoting educating on the topic of resiliency and promoting mental wellness:

Much like local running races, this is a morning event that brings together hundreds of cyclists of all levels to enjoy a ride through Vancouver and Burnaby and raise money to support mental health services in our community.

Sept 30 - Oct 6: Mental Illness Awareness Week
Mental Illness Awareness Week (MIAW) carries on where Mental Health Week leaves off by focusing attention on mental disorders: signs and symptoms, how to get help, stigma, hope and recovery, and the impact of mental illness on lives, families, workplaces and society.
